Growth path to becoming a Recruiter
Kelly is seeking a Sourcer to work with our client, a boutique recruiting firm, on a temp-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities
- Elevate recruiter effectiveness through disciplined research and sourcing
- Conduct targeted research to identify qualified passive candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with specific client needs and role requirements
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, firm websites, and industry directories
- Deliver clean, well-organized candidate lists with accurate titles, firms, locations, and contact data
- Tag and track candidates within ATS
- Support recruiters by prioritizing roles and adjusting searches based on real-time feedback
- Maintain high standards for data accuracy and candidate relevance
- Support recruiters with accurate, well-organized market intelligence
Qualifications
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or staffing; previous sourcing or recruiting experience is a plus but not required
- Understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or related technical fields would be helpful but is not required
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly review and assess large volumes of information
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify relevant qualifications and transferable experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a role that requires sustained focus and concentration
- Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Strong written communication skills and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using LinkedIn, online research tools, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required
