Talent Sourcer

Essential Functions

• Source technical talent through various recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs to reduce time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with Hiring Teams to determine job requirements and to prioritize openings and sourcing.
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Promote the company’s reputation through crafting engaging, brand-aligned messages to convert passive professionals into interested prospects and applicants.
• Auxiliary with general recruiting tasks such as interview scheduling as assigned.
• Auxiliary with Campus/University recruiting initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ plus years’ experience in Recruiting/Sourcing.
• Proven track record as a Recruiter/Sourcer, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers.
• Exceptional written communication and writing skills to draft effective cold-outreach and follow-up emails.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean logic) across all recruiting platforms.
• Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Management Systems, and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality. Organized, and ability to manage multiple openings.

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $100,000-135,000 annually.
