About the role

The Talent Acquisition Team at Fluidstack is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting the top 0.01% of technical candidates globally. • You build sourcing infrastructure (playbooks, talent maps) that outlasts any single search.
  • Bonus: Sourcing in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets.
  • Sourcing tooling and automation.
  • Market-mapping or talent-intelligence work.
