About the Opportunity

The Talent Sourcer role is designed to support the organization’s recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting qualified clinical professionals. This position contributes by developing talent pipelines, managing outreach campaigns, and enhancing candidate engagement to ensure a strong, diverse applicant pool. The role is key to maintaining and expanding the workforce that underpins the organization’s healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sourcing lists and pipelines using internet research, databases, and social media
• Utilize sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, medical databases, and social networks to identify candidates
• Document sourcing activities and update candidate information in CRM and ATS
• Use AI technology to manage and update recruiting bots
• Create and deploy targeted recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent
• Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries
• Collaborate with recruiting managers on outreach plans and candidate engagement
• Optimize job board strategies to increase visibility and attract quality candidates
• Participate in trade shows and job fairs to promote the organization and gather candidate leads
• Build relationships with educational programs to enhance the talent pipeline
• Manage referral programs to support talent acquisition
• Collapse lead collection and candidate registration for events
• Generate informational site flyers
• Collaborate with team leads to support overall sourcing operations

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting administration, marketing, or sales
• PREFERRED: Experience in sourcing or data mining
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient with multiple operational systems and technology
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and database management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The base salary range for this position is $27.28 to $34.10 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
