Responsibilities

• Utilise deep competitor research and talent identification to bring insights and intelligence back to the team
• Support searches and sourcing with data-led input, focusing on market intelligence rather than just execution
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to enable better decision-making through data and insights

Requirements

• Deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of Sales or Tech markets
• A high bar for quality, with a proven ability to target and go after top-tier, proven performers
• A “Talent partner” mindset that is research, insight, and strategy-led rather than just executional
• A product-minded and plug-and-play capability, able to operate in a high talent density environment
• The ability to raise the overall bar of hiring through better inputs, targeting, and competitor intelligence

• Experience in talent management or recruitment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
