Responsibilities
- Own the systems, automations, and data pipelines powering the hiring process
- Create sourcing automation pipelines that surface candidates before they're actively looking
- Develop structured workflows across various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and research corpora
- Implement LLM-assisted triage to filter candidates for fit before human review
- Wire the ATS to sourcing tools, communications, and scheduling for seamless candidate state updates
- Define and instrument key funnel metrics to track performance and influence behavior
- Develop internal dashboards and lightweight interfaces for real-time team visibility
