- Submit 10–12 Qualified Candidates Weekly
- Generate 8+ Business Development Leads Weekly
- Execute the AccruePartners Business System
- Participate in every intake session to align expectations.
- Craft compelling Go-to-Market messages.
- Leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics.
- Run efficient and targeted searches.
- Ownt the process through candidate prep, debriefs, and reference checks.
- Conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls
- Engage in 1–2 In-Person Networking Events Monthly
