Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies that drive operational efficiency and excellence.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management and executive teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with external financial advisors and consultants as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and building robust financial models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation development.
• Functional knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to write clear, compelling financial reports.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles as they relate to budgeting and forecasting.

Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.

Qualifications

• A high level of ethics, integrity, judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• A strong commitment to operational excellence and risk mitigation.
