About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will attract, source, and recruit diverse talent across Signet Jewelers. This individual will partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to create robust strategies related to proactively sourcing, attracting, interviewing, assessing and recommending potential employees for Support Center roles. The TA Partner is an advisor, empowered to embrace an inclusive and diverse candidate pool for all positions. Additionally, this position is responsible for partnering with and consulting hiring authorities on all recruiting functions.

Core Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Finance and G&A roles, from intake through offer and onboarding

  • Drive candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing

  • Ensure a high-quality, efficient, and consistent hiring process aligned to business needs

  • Lead intake discussions to define success profiles, technical requirements, and hiring strategies

  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across passive and active talent pools

  • Leverage market insights to advise leaders on talent availability, compensation, and competitive positioning

  • Build diverse pipelines aligned to inclusion goals

  • Act as a trusted advisor to finance and business leaders, influencing hiring decisions and elevating talent standards

  • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize roles, align on expectations, and calibrate throughout the process

  • Challenge thinking and provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes

  • Ensure alignment across HR Business Partners, Compensation, and TA leadership

  • Deliver a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience that reflects Signet’s brand and values

  • Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and closing with a focus on securing top talent

  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the process

  • Utilize Workday (ATS) to manage pipeline, track progress, and ensure data integrity

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, search progress, and hiring risks

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and efficiency

  • Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, including employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruiting innovation
