Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for different offices.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Provide data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Profile
- Proven experience in recruitment specifically at an agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality hires.
