About the role

Talent Acquisition Specialists at Winchester are responsible for driving hiring strategies that support the company's business goals. They oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong partnerships with leaders, and deliver proactive sourcing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to hire, focusing on candidate experience, quality of hire, and process improvement.
  • Promotes an engaging hiring process, provides market insights, and offers data-based recommendations to Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
  • Builds qualified, diverse pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship building, proactively pursuing innovative sourcing strategies and community partnerships.
  • Maintains and updates the applicant tracking system and job files in compliance with hiring policies.
  • Completes Affirmative Action data roll-up for external hires and internal competitive moves.
  • Supports on-campus recruiting efforts and manages assigned intern/co-op processes, leader communication, and engagement to grow Winchester’s campus hiring program.

Requirements

  • Must meet one of the following requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years recent and relevant experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree* (Human Resources or Business discipline preferred) with 2+ years recent and relevant experience. Full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring exempt candidates; manufacturing/industrial recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an OFCCP-regulated employer and/or knowledge of OFCCP regulations strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS strongly preferred.
  • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent Winchester professionally.
  • Able to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and multi-task efficiently.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time and possess a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J or TN or who need sponsorship now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule available up to 1 day remote per week
