About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting and hiring talent to support the company’s continued growth. This position will support recruiting efforts across a variety of business areas and partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Support recruiting efforts across multiple departments and levels within the organization
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, educational institutions, and other recruiting channels
- Screens resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Cook up interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Create and maintain job postings and recruitment-related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the applicant tracking system
- Help support recruiting operations, hiring workflows, and process improvements
- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and hiring processes in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a highly regulated industry preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable building relationships across all levels of the organization
