Trial candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This includes utilizing various recruitment channels, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements
