About the role
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us discover untapped talent, drive company growth, and assist in developing successful careers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Directors and HR to understand company hiring needs and meet competitive goals.
- Post job descriptions on job boards and social networks, and attend networking events.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract both internal talent and independent contractors.
- Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prospect candidates via phone calls and emails to find internal candidates.
- Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects, building and maintaining a strong online presence.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust networking capabilities.
