Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temp)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline.
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, required.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Healthcare experience.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $XX.00 to $XX.00. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
