Talent Acquisition Specialist – In Office

Job Description Shamrock Roofing & Construction is expanding our hiring team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for sales and field roles. This person will source candidates proactively, run phone and in-person interviews, and partner closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly with high-quality talent. The ideal candidate has a strong network-building instinct, sharp judgment for evaluating candidates, and a track record of hitting hiring targets. Responsibilities Source and build a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, field, and support rolesConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit and qualificationsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring prioritiesManage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through offer and onboardingTrack recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health and time-to-fillRepresent Shamrock's culture and brand to prospective candidates Compensation & Benefits Pay: $48,000 - $53,000 per year (based on experience)Benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k) Location & Schedule In-office: Overland Park, KSMonday - Friday, 8-hour shiftBonus: experience recruiting in construction, trades, sales, or high-volume roles Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet hiring quotas and deadlinesExperience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsHigh-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with a fast pace  Disclaimer: Shamrock Roofing & Construction participates in the E-Verify Program for I9 Verification.
