Responsibilities
- Meet recruiting targets to support specific client needs
- Work with the recruiting team to coordinate recruiting efforts
- Community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, helping complete reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and completing paperwork for each new hire
- Report to a Recruiter and contribute to the success of the business through your recruitment efforts
- Deliver a positive candidate experience during the applicant's journey
- Review applications and update applicant data in application tracking system
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment efforts
Requirements
- 1-year minimum customer service and recruitment experience
- Experience with administrative skills
- Attention to structure and accuracy to hit goals and meet targets
- Communicate well with others
- Articulate, interact, and understand client needs and expectations
- Lead by example and mentor with your ethical judgment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to hiring
