Talent Acquisition Specialist I (7570)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for manufacturing and testing positions
• Screen candidates and conduct pre-interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation
• Maintain recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires until start date
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to provide world-class hiring experience
• Adhere to established hiring processes and policies
• Participate in career fairs, virtually or locally
• Travel locally as needed and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with US citizenship requirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Familiarity with any applicant tracking systems (e.g., BrassRing)
• Manufacturing or engineering experience helpful but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated business acumen and quality decision-making
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow established hiring processes
• Willingness to travel locally and maintain confidentiality
• Strong speaking and communication skills
• Attitude and aptitude for collaboration and willingness to help colleagues
