Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Proactively engage with clients to plan for current and future hiring demands, effectively communicating the client’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to internal and external markets.
  • Manage talent processes to align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls, using data to drive discussions and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, offering work direction and serving as a point of escalation as needed.
  • Anticipate and address delivery challenges proactively, maintaining client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience developing client-focused recruiting strategies to meet hiring demands and align with business objectives.
  • Background in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and communicating EVPs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience ensuring talent processes align with SLAs, KPIs, and business controls.
  • Ability to leverage data for decision-making, driving simplification, innovation, and process improvements.
  • Experience providing work direction, guiding teams, and acting as a point of escalation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to data analysis tools to support recruiting and talent management decisions.
  • Experience with talent management systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive forces to inform recruiting strategies and client engagement.
