What You'll Do

  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Update and maintain Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards, including headcount, open positions, hiring activity, and recruiting progress.
    • Compile and distribute recruiting metrics, hiring updates, and status reports.
    • Absorb and validate data, ensuring reporting accuracy.
    • Track hiring activity and provide reporting support for leadership meetings.
    • Support analysis of recruiting trends and hiring outcomes.
  • Process Improvement & Project Support
    • Document recruiting workflows and maintain process documentation.
    • Identify process inefficiencies and gather feedback from recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Partner with HRIS to support process improvement and automation initiatives.
    • Assist with testing and implementation of process enhancements.
    • Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
    • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Vendor & Recruiting Resource Coordination
    • Monitor and track vendor utilization.
    • Serve as a point of contact for recruiting vendors and external partners.
    • Cook and communicate with vendors and support activities.
    • Support administration of recruiting resources and external partnerships.
  • Interview & Candidate Experience Coordination
    • Coordinate interview scheduling for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
    • Manage interview logistics and communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
    • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Recruiter Enablement & Team Support
    • Coordinate Talent Acquisition team meetings, training sessions, educational opportunities, and knowledge-sharing activities.
    • Maintain meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities to support team accountability and project progress.
    • Maintain team resources, templates, guides, and process documentation.
    • Assist with onboarding activities for new Talent Acquisition team members.
    • Communicate updates related to recruiting processes, tools, and resources.
    • Track participation in team training and development activities.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
    • Experience supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition operations, program coordination, or related administrative functions preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
    • Experience coordinating projects, meetings, schedules, and program activities.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Experience creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or workforce-related systems preferred.
    • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
    • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and documentation.

  • This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely.
  • The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices.
  • Travel is required to support OCHIN’s business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by air, vehicle, or train.

Work Location and Travel Requirements

  • OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location.
  • Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations.
  • Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.
  • High Speed Internet Service.

Base Pay Overview

Salary Description Min: $56,347; Mid: $84,521; Max: $112,695.
