Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations and partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in driving a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
- Identify and respond to stakeholder needs by utilizing systems and technology to drive quality outcomes.
- Manage shifting workloads and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Consult with internal teams to ensure consistency in policies, procedures, and process execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Support projects and ad hoc initiatives related to staffing, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, onboarding, assessments, and case management.
- Educate and advise stakeholders from an end-to-end Talent Acquisition services perspective to ensure positive business outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholder groups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders and employees across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruiting technologies such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, and/or TalentSource CRM.
- Previous experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition or recruitment environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Prior mergers and acquisitions experience.
- Experience presenting to various stakeholder groups.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
