About the role

We are ARCO - A Family of Construction Companies. ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and core recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key support partner to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating day-to-day recruiting and scheduling activities.
Manage interview scheduling for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and confirming logistics.
Communicate interview details to candidates to ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience.
Cook up candidate travel and transportation arrangements when required.
Update job posting language, interview templates, office details, and points-of-contact lists.
Aid the Talent Acquisition team with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or HR operations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Extremely organized and self-motivated.
Familiarity with ATS and HR Application Systems preferred.
Flexibility to work within a multi-team environment and participate in department projects.
