Job Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews for candidates, coordinating between TA Partners, hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Ensure all interview logistics are arranged, including sending calendar invites and setting up virtual interviews.
- Manage pre-boarding tasks for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed.
- Verify completion of background checks and employment eligibility verification.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment processes are on track.
- Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Assist with coordinating the recruitment calendar and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Work closely with the Internship Program Lead to coordinate logistics related to internship and fellowship recruiting.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
Pay
Pay Rate: $30 – $34/hr, DOE
