Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews for candidates, coordinating between TA Partners, hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
  • Ensure all interview logistics are arranged, including sending calendar invites and setting up virtual interviews.
  • Manage pre-boarding tasks for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed.
  • Verify completion of background checks and employment eligibility verification.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment processes are on track.
  • Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Assist with coordinating the recruitment calendar and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Work closely with the Internship Program Lead to coordinate logistics related to internship and fellowship recruiting.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.

Pay

Pay Rate: $30 – $34/hr, DOE
