Talent Acquisition Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and is passionate about supporting the hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Coincide and schedule virtual and in-person interviews for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track employee referrals and process referral bonus payments.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts and initiate background checks for new hires, escalating any discrepancies as needed.
- Initiate and monitor new hire onboarding to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Generate ad hoc recruiting reports and maintain accurate recruiting metrics.
- Maintain data integrity across recruiting systems by collaborating with Recruiters and the HR Strategy and Operations team.
- Utilize Workday Recruiting to manage candidate records and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
- Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documentation, templates, and process guides.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition ticketing system while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee recruiting coordination activities performed by external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Audit recruiting processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field. Coursework in project management, client relations, or organizational development is highly preferred.
- Required: 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, recruitment support, or administrative experience.
- Required: Experience using Workday Recruiting and other applicant tracking or automated recruiting systems.
- Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Required: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using Canva, Sterling, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, and Google Sheets. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Experience creating reports and managing recruiting data.
- Preferred: Experience using ServiceNow. Familiarity with CRM or customer support software.

Compensation and Work Environment
Pay: $29.00 per hour
Location: Hybrid role based in New York, NY
