Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and applications against role requirements, surfacing qualified candidates to recruiters in a timely manner.
- Perform sourcing and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, availability, and general qualifications.
- Support recruitment lifecycle and processes related to the organization’s early career programs, including internships, co-ops, fellowships, and full-time opportunities.
- Coverage and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, managing logistics, calendar invites, and confirmations.
- Coordinate and manage job advertisements across internal and external job boards, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, requisition statuses, and activity logs within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, including offer letter preparation, background check initiation, and onboarding handoffs.
- Aid in process documentation and continuous improvement of coordination workflows.
- Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of talent acquisition coordination, human resources (HR) support, or administrative assistant experience (including internships and co-ops).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-friendly approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar HR/recruiting platforms is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
- Ability to travel to colleges and universities to attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Pay
This role pays between $28-$36/hour (depending on experience).
Schedule
The role supports a hybrid work model consisting of three days on-site and two days remote per week.
