About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition. Partner with assigned business stakeholders to design, implement effective and creative recruitment plans. Utilize knowledge of business operations and talent practices to promote company strategies, priorities, and proactively align talent acquisition to organizational needs. This position may be filled as a Level I or II, with additional qualifications and responsibilities applying to each level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including the selection, evaluation, documentation, and referral of candidates who meet the qualifications of open positions.
  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their key business goals, and proactively partner to identify current and future talent requirements.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy for each vacancy to ensure a pipeline of diverse, top talent.
  • Meet and exceed talent acquisition metrics established for this position.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience and engagement.
  • Participate in university/college career fair events, providing a professional presentation of the Company.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter in an HR department, including screening, sourcing, and hiring candidates.
  • Knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessments, and job offer negotiations.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal regulations, including EEOC, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, and other applicable federal/state laws.
  • Passion for and commitment to sourcing and retaining top, diverse talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Exemplary organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and follow-through on requests.
  • Ability to influence hiring management to move quickly in selection and offer stages to optimize hiring opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, establish and follow internal service-level agreements to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidential information.

Level II Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Recruiter in an HR department, including screening, sourcing, and hiring candidates.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding talent acquisition metrics in a high-volume corporate setting.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing candidates, candidate assessments, job offer negotiations, and federal/state regulations (EEOC, OFCCP, Wage and Hour, etc.).
  • Proficient-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Banking recruiting experience preferred.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screens.
