About the role

Hybrid role based in Mechanicsburg, PA at our Home Office. Schedule: in-office Monday and Friday, remote Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Vibra Travels talent acquisition and HR teams to facilitate the recruiting process.
  • Assist the onboarding team through the onboarding process and work on special projects as assigned.
  • Advertise system-wide open positions, including posting to various job boards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system; create requisitions, post openings in a timely manner, and run reports from the database as needed.
  • Identify and help implement opportunities to enhance the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate open houses, career fairs, on-site interviews, and other recruiting events.
  • Assist with interview scheduling for searches as assigned by the talent team.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and personnel files meet required standards.
  • Perform HR facility-based onboarding activities, including obtaining HR-related computer access and training for ATS and HR systems (ICIMS, Labor Edge, DISA, Skill Survey).
  • Troubleshoot and assist with system uploads on HR applications as required.
  • Screen applicants for support-level staff positions (e.g., RN, LPN, CNA, Therapy, and Allied clinical if needed) as assigned.
  • Source for difficult-to-fill positions as assigned by the talent team, including conducting and tracking resume searches on external job boards.
  • Perform administrative/clerical functions such as job postings, faxing, filing, photocopying, processing invoices, and other duties as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior HR team for offer letters, turnover reports, appointments, and other duties as assigned.
  • Support compliance efforts by compiling reports and communicating with hospitals as assigned.
  • Manage phone calls and email inquiries from candidates and vendors regarding the recruitment process; escalate or direct calls when necessary.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for the recruiting team, utilizing effective communication and follow-through.
  • Stay current with literature, techniques, and regulatory requirements related to the position; maintain updated methodology and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience conducting recruitment-related activities; 2+ years preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Experience running resume searches and placing online ads highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to project a professional image and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
