What You Are
You don't drop balls. You don't let things slip through the cracks. And you don't wait to be told something needs attention— you see it and you handle it. Operationally sharp— you manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, prioritize without being told, and keep every process on track without requiring oversight. ATS-proficient— you know how an applicant tracking system works, you maintain clean data, and you generate reports that people can actually use. Detail-obsessed— pre-employment screenings, job postings, candidate records, and ATS data all reflect the same standard: accurate, complete, and current. A professional communicator— with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors; you represent DuraServ at every touchpoint and you do it well. Discreet by nature— you handle confidential candidate and employee information with the judgment and professionalism it requires, without exception. A collaborative team member— the Talent Acquisition Specialists depend on your coordination to do their jobs effectively; you treat that dependency as a responsibility, not a burden.
What We're Looking For
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match, company-provided life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a seat on an established TA team with direct visibility to the Director of Talent Acquisition, exposure to every role family in the organization—sales, field service, operations, finance, and executive, a stable, office-based role at DuraServ Corporate in Coppell, TX with no travel requirement, and the opportunity to be the operational backbone of a high-performing TA function at a growing national company.
A Note to the Right Candidate
If you've been in a coordination role where your work was the reason the team could do its job— where the details you managed were the difference between a smooth process and a broken one— you know exactly what this role is. DuraServ's TA team fills critical roles across a national field service organization. The quality of that hiring process depends on a coordinator who holds the standard at every step— from the first job posting to the final pre-employment screen. Where knowledge meets purpose.
