About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Associate (Temp) supports the Human Resources Department in managing all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment processes, candidate screening, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and restructure of Talent Acquisition and implement the recruitment process.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes as needed or in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
- Screen resumes and applications to select qualified candidates based on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Prepare interview questions and selection materials.
- Perform first-round screening of potential candidates.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions promoting CAMBA.
- Work with a variety of sources, both external and internal, to source the best candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make candidate determinations.
- Prepare and execute job offers.
- Manage the recruitment life-cycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a mid-sized (250+ employees) organization.
- Basic analytical and math skills.
- Good written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Computer literacy in other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Pay
$24–$27 hourly. When salary ranges are listed, the range represents the low and high end for the applicable position and program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate, including but not limited to experience, education, budget and/or program size, internal equity, skills, and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.
Schedule
Full-time (35 hours per week).
