This role is ideal for a driven professional who can manage end-to-end hiring while partnering with leadership to build strong talent pipelines and support a positive, compliant workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build tailored recruiting plans
  • Create and refine job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluations
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, including job boards and staffing agencies
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and optimize tools, platforms, and processes
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (corporate or agency)
  • Experience supporting HR functions such as employee relations and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and hiring regulations
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external recruiting partners
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and drive process improvements
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
