Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build tailored recruiting plans
- Create and refine job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluations
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, including job boards and staffing agencies
- Monitor recruiting metrics and optimize tools, platforms, and processes
- Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
- Support HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (corporate or agency)
- Experience supporting HR functions such as employee relations and compliance
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and hiring regulations
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience managing vendor relationships and external recruiting partners
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and drive process improvements
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
