Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating recruiting efforts, scheduling phone/virtual/onsite interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and conducting audits. This individual will collaborate closely with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Position Details

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/onsite) in multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Manage logistics for various TA programs such as the Employee Referral Program, compliance programs, candidate reference checks, etc.
  • Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards.
  • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments.
  • Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep experience scheduling in Microsoft Outlook at volume with a large panel of attendees.
  • Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Pay

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland) this ranges from $28 - $30/hr plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
