Associate, Talent Acquisition (Temp)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 8-10 interviews daily.
• Own the candidate journey from resume review through offer acceptance.
• Have a strong drive for results and exceed daily metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with school leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure placement of the right educators in the right classrooms.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting our culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required, for regular communication with students and families.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled interviewer with experience in behavior-based assessments.
• Passion for working in a mission-driven, high-performing environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Work Schedule

This role is a hybrid role. You will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in our Downtown Miami office Tuesday through Thursday.

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Candidates will start in a temporary role with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment after a 3-month evaluation period, based on performance and business needs.

Exact Compensation

May vary based on skills and experience. Compensation range: $25 - $27 USD.
