Job Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify top talent and industry trends.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.
- Assist Talent Acquisition with scheduling support.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain candidate records through Applicant Tracking System.
- Keep track of and report on sourcing metrics and progress to management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Profile Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board search tools.
- Excellence in a high-volume, highly active recruiting engine where strategies must pivot fast.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, including use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
