The Casino Pit Manager is accountable and responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the casino table games. Where You'll Make an Impact
- Responsible to the Casino Shift Manager for successful performance of assigned duties.
- Supervises and performs the duties of Dual-Rate Pit Managers, Floor Supervisors, Dealers, and Dual-Rate Dealers.
- Assists and advises other departments and company personnel as necessary, to assure the success of the table games and the company overall.
- Supervises, floors management of dealers, and other subordinates in the pit area and ensures correct procedures are followed on table games.
- Analyzes customer play cheating, scams, counters, and any unusual or suspicious variations of play.
- Reviews player ratings, keeps track of markers, and rundowns for the entire pit.
- Manages the request for fills/credits, reviews staffing levels to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Delegates authority and assigns responsibilities, develops staff, interviews, hires, evaluates, and disciplines.
- Reviews departmental financial data, reviews table game activities and promotional status with the Table Games Shift Manager.
- Makes presentations to departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Ensures the safety and security of guests and employees, manages processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Meets with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of company policy and procedures, IRS Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls.
- Complete knowledge of all facilities available to guests on property.
- Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.
- Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.

- Casino is over 300,000 sq. ft. and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.

- 24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness to meet the team members’ schedules when handling matters scheduling, team member relations and staffing.
