Responsibilities
- Supervises staff and manages daily operations of the Table Games department.
- Oversees all games, game protection, and the overall operation of table games on assigned shifts.
- Supports and administers operational goals, monitors performance and profit objectives, and coordinates with manager on scheduling concerns.
- Assists in the budget process for the department, provides recommendations, and supports compliance with departmental budget initiatives.
- Supports superior customer service by promoting and demonstrating it in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Maintains customer service standards, enforces games procedures and policies, and monitors for compliance.
- Monitors chips and cash transactions, ensures proper payouts, and manages table inventories and limits.
- Handles customer concerns and requests, addresses team member feedback, and assists with overall engagement and integrity of daily operations.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Associates degree (A.A.) in related field or minimum of three years of experience in a comparable Table Games leadership position.
- Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games operations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues, resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to obtain a gaming license.
- At least 21 years of age.
