Table Games Floor Supervisor - Philadelphia

Responsibilities

• Controlling gaming cards and equipment.
• Supervising and performing the duties of table games dealers.
• Assisting and advising other departments and company personnel as necessary.
• Managing the administration of fills/credits, player ratings, keeping track of markers, and rundowns.
• Analyzing customers' play; identifying cheating scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play.
• Developing staff, evaluating, and training.
• Reviewing table game activities and promotional status with designated managers.
• Making presentations to departmental directors and managers as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Safeguarding the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience with a Four (4) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• A technical school education in dealing specified games.
• Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft software products.
• Knowledge of specified games and gaming regulations.
• Ability to add monies and chips.
• Knowledge of theft techniques.
• Good public relations/guest service skills.
• Effective managing of the staff.
• Accuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork, and reports.
