Essential Job Functions
- Supervises dealers within designated area of pit.
- Issues markers/credit.
- Orders fills and credits.
- Verifies financial transactions at table.
- Maintains order and monitors betting and playing action.
- Arbitrates customer disputes.
- Rates customer play.
- Establishes customer base.
Job Qualifications
- Experience Required: Three years prior experience as a Dealer.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Thorough knowledge of several games including at least two main games (Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, or Poker); ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
- Specialized Requirements: Ability to move around casino floor during entire shift; ability to simultaneously watch four to six tables; ability to hear all necessary dealer calls from four tables away.
