Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the Role

Seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the integration, verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for system, subsystem, and component testing
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, and validation activities
• Analyze test results, document findings, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure requirements are met and systems perform as intended
• Support customer demonstrations, technical reviews, and certification efforts
• Participate in planning to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives

Qualifications & Skills

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Experience reviewing requirements, developing test plans, and system integration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and validating system performance
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams and deliver mission-critical solutions

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
