Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the Role

Seeking Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs. This role involves ensuring hardware and software components function together as designed, requirements are fully verified, and system performance meets mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities for avionics systems
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, cases, and reports
• Perform system, subsystem, and component-level testing
• Verify requirements through analysis, demonstration, inspection, and testing
• Maintain requirements traceability from specifications to verification
• Troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues
• Support lab testing, system validation, and performance analysis
• Analyze test results, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful system integration
• Support customer demonstrations, technical reviews, and certification activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science; 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years
• Experience reviewing, evaluating, and deriving testable requirements
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures
• Experience with requirements development, system design, troubleshooting, and integration & testing
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
