Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the Role

Seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure hardware and software components function correctly, requirements are verified, and system performance meets objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for system, subsystem, and component-level testing
• Support integration, validation, and qualification activities across hardware and software
• Verify requirements through analysis, inspection, and testing
• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues
• Analyze test results, document findings, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful system integration
• Support customer demonstrations, technical reviews, and certification efforts
• Participate in planning to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years
• Experience in reviewing, evaluating, and deriving test requirements
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures
• Strong background in system design, problem analysis, and integration testing
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and validate system performance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and be a U.S. Citizen
