Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the role

We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing test plans, procedures, and reports for system, subsystem, and component testing
• Verifying requirements through analysis, inspection, and testing
• Investigating and resolving hardware/software integration issues
• Supporting lab testing, system bring-up, and performance validation activities
• Analyzing test results and documenting findings and corrective actions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful system integration
• Supporting customer demonstrations, technical reviews, and certification efforts

Qualifications

• An engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Experience in reviewing requirements, developing test plans, and system integration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software interactions and ensuring system performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship
