About the Role

Seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs. The role involves developing test plans, executing integration testing at system, subsystem, and component levels, and ensuring hardware and software requirements are met. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans for avionics subsystems.
• Execute integration testing at system, subsystem, and component levels.
• Ensure hardware and software requirements are met.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues and analyze test results.
• Document findings and support lab testing, system validation, and customer demonstrations.
• Participate in technical reviews.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree.
• Experience in requirements development, system design, and test planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in testing and integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a lab environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
