Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the role

We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities for avionics systems
• Developing test plans, procedures, cases, and reports
• Executing system, subsystem, and component-level testing
• Verifying requirements through analysis, inspection, and testing
• Maintaining requirements traceability and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Supporting lab testing, system validation, and performance assessments
• Analyzing test results, documenting findings, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for successful system integration
• Supporting customer demonstrations, reviews, and certification efforts

Qualifications

• An engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a related Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Experience in requirements review, test planning, system design, and problem resolution
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for complex systems

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.
