Functions and Responsibilities
- Responds to IT requests through calls, emails, and tickets
- Aid team members with resolving IT issues
- Aid clients with exceptional customer service for personal devices such as phones, laptops, tablets, etc.
- Handle hardware issues including desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and peripherals
- Answer inquiries and clarify desired information; research, locate, and provide accurate information, including educating team members on solutions
- Utilize de-escalation skills and escalate cases when necessary to IT support providers
- Enhance the organization and IT department's reputation by taking ownership for achieving new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to the position
- Aid in developing systems and procedures to deliver quality service to end users
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- Minimum of two years working in a technical operating capacity
- Previous experience working on help desk tickets or desktop support preferred
- Experience handling IT in a Legal/Regulated related environment preferred
- Previous Windows Server experience is a plus
- Previous Active Directory experience preferred
- Experience with Pro Law is a plus
- High School graduate or equivalent required
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Understanding of and adherence to all data and physical security and confidentiality policies and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
Other Requirements
- Full-time weekday position
- Requires occasional evening and weekend hours to assist with off-hour IT tasks
