System Administrator

About the role

Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Apply specific functional and working general industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems. Work independently with some guidance, potentially reviewing or guiding the activities of more junior employees.

Responsibilities

• Support secure environments, particularly those within the defense sector.
• Offer Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems.
• Manage and update antivirus and anti-malware products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting secure environments, such as those within the DoD.
• 4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting.
• Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with cloud services.
• Basic administration experience with communication systems (VTC or VoIP).
• Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• A CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Pay

Competitive annual salary ($52,900 - $108,000) plus potential for bonuses.
