About the role
The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining safety standards on multifamily property developments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules with subcontractors and team members to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address and resolve any construction challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and materials to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience with managing construction projects, particularly in the multifamily property sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay
