About the role
A Rochester Multifamily GC is looking for Supers!
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities for multifamily residential projects.
- Cookordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
- Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as required.
- Oversee inspections and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in managing multifamily residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing project schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily construction preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
