About the role
Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow.
Enforce health and safety protocols and promote a zero-incident culture.
Monitor project schedules, identifying and resolving delays proactively.
Implement and uphold strict quality control standards.
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and cost-related records.
Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with overall project goals.

- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site logistics
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and drive schedules
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
