Switchboard Operator

As a Switchboard Operator, you are an adaptable team player and message multitasker, often the initial contact for the facility or department. Efficiency and calm in hectic environments are critical to supporting your team and clients. You may work in any type of location on client premises.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Perform additional clerical duties as needed.
• Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
• Nurtures a healthy and safe working environment for all.

Pay

$15.00 per hour - $17.40 per hour

Schedule

Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.
