SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tray/set assembly and reconciliation
- Keeps accurate records and documentation of all transactions involving trays and sets, including incoming and outgoing records in shipping and receiving logs
- Contacts customers regarding missing or extra implants/instruments and ensures their requests are processed correctly
- Accurately monitors and stores inventory
- Supports the sales force with technical information and provides tray/set availability to customers
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows prescribed regulations
- Supports the shipment of goods and received goods and supplies
- Performs shipping duties, including proper packaging and interpreting visual aids
- Works with purchasing, receiving, and operations departments to monitor back ordered products and ensure adequate supply of shipping materials
- Ensures there is sufficient stock to build sets and fulfill inventory requests
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as needed to meet business needs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regularly stands, walks, climbs, stoops, and crouches
- Pushes, pulls, reaches, grasps, talks, and hears
- Moves around large areas
- Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Lifts objects weighing more than 60 pounds rarely and up to 25 to 60 pounds occasionally
- Sees clearly at a distance of 20 inches or less
- Judges distance and spatial relationships
